1888 – Founded by George P. Thomas as a Goodyear Rubber location in Baltimore, MD
1929 – Business was purchased by George P. Thomas
1960 – Business was purchased by Wallace Cadel and incorporated as George P. Thomas Rubber Company
1983 – Business was purchased by Robert A. Lyons, Sr.
1987 – George P. Thomas Rubber Company relocated to Owings Mills, MD and was renamed Thomas Industrial Products, Inc.
1991 – Thomas Industrial Products opened first branch operation in Chantilly, VA
1997 – Thomas Industrial Products opened second branch operation in Frederick, MD
1999 – Thomas Industrial Products was renamed TIPCO Technologies, Inc.
2001 – TIPCO Technologies was transitioned to second generation Robert A. Lyons Jr. & Theresa Lyons
2005 – Opened a branch in East Baltimore North Point
2006 – Opened Hose Centers in Glen Burnie, MD and Lorton, VA
2010 – Opened Hose Center in Richmond, VA
2012 – Opened Hose Center in Lynchburg, VA
2013 – Opened Hose Center in Bear, DE
2015 – Dedicated a Metal Hose Fabricating location in Lynchburg, VA
2016 – Opened Gasket & Sealing location in Glen Burnie, MD
2017 – North Point Hose Center repositioned to Fredericksburg, VA
2017 – Opened TIPCO OEM Services ISO-9001
2019 – Opened Hose Center in Hanover, PA
2020 – Acquired XS Hydraulics Vineland, NJ – Now TIPCO Hose Center.
2021 – Opened new Distribution and Hose Center in Manassas, VA
