The Aeroquip EDGE® by Danfoss FC619C-24 braided hydraulic hose is designed for demanding hydraulic applications requiring reliable performance and durability. Constructed with a 2-ply polyester fabric reinforcement and helical wire, this hose features a chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) tube and a flat corrugated CSM cover that provides premium abrasion resistance. The hose is non-conductive and has a black inner tube and cover, with a transfer tape lay line style for easy identification. It meets SAE 100R4 compliance standards, ensuring suitability for various hydraulic fluid conveyance tasks. With a minimum bend radius of 1.5 inches (38 mm), it offers flexibility while maintaining structural integrity. The hose withstands a maximum working pressure of 11 bar (150 psi) and a burst pressure of 42 bar (600 psi). It operates reliably within a temperature range from -40°C (-40°F) up to 135°C (275°F). The vacuum rating is 28 inHg (711 mmHg). Qualified hose fittings for this series include the 1A/Z Series.
