Constructed with a 4-ply spiral reinforcement of helical wire, this hose offers premium abrasion resistance and excellent durability. The hose features a chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) tube and cover, with a flat corrugated wrapped cover style and a black inner tube for enhanced chemical resistance and flexibility. It complies with SAE 100R4 standards, ensuring reliable performance under high pressure and temperature conditions. With a minimum bend radius of 0.75 inches (19 mm), it is suitable for installations requiring tight bends without compromising hose integrity. The hose supports a maximum working pressure of 21 bar (305 psi) and a burst pressure of 84 bar (1220 psi), making it suitable for medium pressure hydraulic systems. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 135°C (-40°F to 275°F), accommodating a wide variety of hydraulic fluids and environmental conditions.
