The Aeroquip EDGE® by Danfoss FC619C-16 is a premium braided hydraulic hose designed for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable fluid conveyance under pressure. Constructed with a chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) tube and a two-ply polyester fabric reinforcement with helical wire, this hose offers excellent abrasion resistance and durability. The flat corrugated CSM cover protects against environmental wear and mechanical damage. It features a 1.00 inch (25 mm) inside diameter and a 1.38 inch (35 mm) outside diameter, with a tube wall thickness of 0.063 inch (1.60 mm). The hose is non-conductive and meets SAE 100R4 compliance standards, suitable for hydraulic fluid transfer. It has a maximum working pressure of 17 bar (245 psi) and a burst pressure of 68 bar (980 psi), with a minimum bend radius of 1.0 inch (25 mm). Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 135°C (-40°F to 275°F). The hose is supplied in bulk form and is compatible with 1A/Z Series qualified hose fittings. This hose is ideal for hydraulic systems requiring flexible, abrasion-resistant hose assemblies that meet industry standards and provide long service life.
