The Aeroquip EDGE® by Danfoss FC619C-32 braided hydraulic hose is designed for demanding hydraulic applications requiring premium abrasion resistance and reliable performance. Constructed with a 2-ply polyester fabric reinforcement and helical wire, this hose features a chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) tube and a flat corrugated CSM cover for durability and chemical resistance. It has a nominal inside diameter of 2.00 inches (51 mm) and an outside diameter of 2.41 inches (61.2 mm), with a tube wall thickness of 0.063 inches (1.6 mm). The hose is non-conductive and meets SAE 100R4 compliance standards, suitable for use in hydraulic fluid transfer systems. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 135°C (-40°F to 275°F) and withstands a maximum working pressure of 7 bar (100 psi) and a burst pressure of 28 bar (400 psi). Its minimum bend radius is 2.0 inches (51 mm), allowing for flexible installation in tight spaces. The hose is supplied in bulk form and is compatible with 1A/Z Series qualified hose fittings.
