The Aeroquip EDGE® by Danfoss FC619C-40 is a premium braided hydraulic hose designed for demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. Constructed with a 2-ply polyester fabric reinforcement and helical wire, this hose offers excellent abrasion resistance and durability. The inner tube is made of chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM), providing chemical resistance and a black wrapped tube type. The hose features a flat corrugated CSM cover with a wrapped style and a transfer tape lay line. It complies with SAE 100R4 standards, ensuring reliable performance under hydraulic pressures. The hose has a nominal inside diameter of 2.50 inches (63 mm) and an outside diameter of 2.99 inches (76 mm), with a tube wall thickness of 0.0787 inches (2.00 mm). It offers a maximum working pressure of 4 bar (60 psi) and a burst pressure of 16 bar (240 psi). The hose can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 135°C (-40°F to 275°F) and has a vacuum rating of 28 inHg (711 mmHg). This hose is suitable for use with qualified hose fittings type 1G and is supplied in bulk packaging. It is non-conductive and carries a Proposition 65 warning for cancer and reproductive harm.
