The Aeroquip EDGE® by Danfoss FC619C-48 is a premium braided hydraulic hose designed for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable fluid conveyance. This hose features a 3.00 inch (76 mm) inside diameter and an outside diameter of 3.49 inch (88.6 mm), constructed with a chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) inner tube and a flat corrugated, wrapped CSM cover for excellent abrasion resistance and durability. Reinforced with helical wire and 2-ply polyester fabric, stainless wire, and copper construction, it provides a burst pressure rating of 240 psi (16 bar) and a maximum working pressure of 60 psi (4 bar). The hose is non-conductive and compliant with SAE 100R4 standards, suitable for hydraulic fluid transfer in industrial environments. Operating temperature ranges from -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C), making it suitable for a wide range of temperature conditions. It is supplied in bulk form and qualified for use with 1G hose fittings. This hose is ideal for hydraulic systems requiring flexible, durable, and high-performance hose assemblies.
