The Aeroquip EDGE® by Danfoss FC619C Corrugated Suction Hose is engineered for hydraulic suction and return lines in mobile and industrial equipment. Part of the Edge Series, it features the industry's tightest corrugated bend radius with a 1-to-1 bend ratio, enabling easier installation in confined spaces. Constructed with a nitrile inner tube, helical wire reinforcement between textile layers, and a DuraTUFF+ abrasion-resistant cover, it exceeds SAE 100R4 and ISO 18752 standards. The hose offers excellent resistance to high temperatures (-40°C to 135°C), harsh chemicals, and buckling, ensuring dependable, leak-free performance. Qualified with Danfoss 1A and 1G fittings, it holds MSHA and ABS approvals and is suitable for petroleum, fuel, lubricating oil, and water suction and transfer applications.
The FC619C Series hose is available in sizes ranging from -12 to -48, with inner diameters from 0.75 to 3 inches. The -20 size features a 1.25 inch inside diameter and 1.63 inch outside diameter, with a working pressure of 14 bar (205 psi) and a burst pressure of 56 bar (820 psi). Its flat corrugated CSM cover and wrapped construction provide premium abrasion resistance and durability. The hose is vacuum rated to 28 inHg and weighs approximately 94.8 kg/m, making it robust for demanding industrial environments.
