As stiffer and thinner materials increasingly replace soft, spongy thick-walled rubber, BAND-IT ® developed the Smooth ID JR ® preformed clamp in both 201 and 316 steel, with a uniform gapfree inside diameter, that virtually eliminates leaks and has double wrapped steel bands for additional strength. With a Lip-lock design to be vibration resistant - no need for hammering or crimping. BAND-IT JR ® Smooth I.D PreFormed Clamps can be applied with the C001 Tool and either the J001 or J050 Adapters depending on the size. For high speed & large volumes they can also be applied with the S750 Pneumatic Tool.
